A brief history
EK Nanny-Maids was first started in the 1980's, but was known as Eva's Maids Service, then Eva's Maids and Nannies. Eva has worked tirelessly over the years to create a company that always strives to help and be fair. She's typically operated with less than 3 employees, and has always been part of the process of connecting employers/families/individuals with candidates/nannies/maids/caretakers. Word-of-mouth has always been her primary method of advertisement, and she has always said that is also the greatest gift from those who have used her services. She has served thousands of people in the Dallas-Fortworth Metroplex in that time, and even occasionally some out of state!

How does the hiring process work?
- Interested families/individuals reach out to us to either hire, or be hired
- An application to use our services is filled out to provide us with information about the individual/family and their needs/experience
- We match candidates to send to interviews
- During the interview a salary and schedule with duties are agreed upon
- The employing individual/family chooses from the candidates to hire and makes an offer
- The candidates accept or decline
- If accepted, the candidate starts on the agreed upon date and a replacement guarantee from EK Nanny-Maids is given upon receipt of the equivalent of a first full week's employment has been reached and payment received
- If not accepted, EK Nanny-Maids continues searching and sending candidates for interview
