EK Nanny-Maids is only a referral service and is not responsible for the direct or indirect actions and/or intentions of your employee while in your service. You are the employer. For any questions regarding this policy please contact us.
By submitting an application and or hiring any contact sent by EK Nanny-Maids, you also accept that EK Nanny-Maids will not be held liable for any loss, including and without limitation to: theft of any items, damage of property, consequential or incidental damages, a direct or indirect loss of a loved one, etc. Furthermore you understand that you are solely responsible for the training and instructions given to your employee for the maintenance and care of your home and persons involved.
